🚚 Shipping Information

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a tracking number once your package ships.

Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on your location)

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (available at checkout)

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs or courier delays, especially for international orders.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also log into your Hastalavivi account anytime to check your order status.

Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Wrong Address Policy:
Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional payment for reshipping.

💕 Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new pieces! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Policy:

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email our support team at support@hastalavivi.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
